About this event
Join Group X instructors, Bryant and Maria, for this special class that includes a 45-minute joyful Vinyasa flow with exercises and breathwork, followed by a 30-minute Yin portion of the class with optional hands-on Reiki support . This is the perfect balance of yin and yang, allowing the body to recharge and then balance this through calm breathing and slow stretching.
