Beijing:
The U.S. has filed a presumption of guilt against TikTok without providing evidence threatening its national security, China’s foreign ministry said Monday on the TikTok draft law.
“The US should respect fair competition and stop oppressing foreign companies,” Mao said while answering a question on US lawmakers pushing the bill aimed at addressing national security concerns over the popular video app .
