Ukraine said Russian missile strikes hit grain plants in Odessa. (File)
Kyiv:
A Ukrainian military spokesman said on Saturday that Russian rocket attacks targeted grain processing plants in Odessa, a day after the warring parties agreed to unblock exports from the port.
“The port of Odessa was hit right where grain shipments were being processed. Two rockets hit exactly the port infrastructure, where grain was obviously lying,” military spokesman Yuriy Ignat told AFP.
