King Charles’ hilarious response to a schoolgirl asking her age

King Charles III has a wicked, self-deprecating sense of humor. The monarch recently traveled to East London to visit Project Zero Walthamstov – a grassroots organization working for social well-being. As he walked in, he chatted with children from Barn Croft Primary School, waved the flag and cheered the king.

A child was heard saying, “It’s the king!” The monarch also spoke about holiday periods and lunch times. Moments later, a child asked the king, “How old are you, King Charles?”

To which King Charles replied, “Guess!” The king laughed with students and teachers.

Before venturing into the community center, the monarch asked teachers if they’d had a decent summer vacation.

The monarch looked in a blue pinstripe suit and Queen Consort Camilla was spotted in a sleek blue day dress.

This isn’t the first time King Charles has shown his sense of humor. In an old video taken during the opening ceremony of the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, a man asked him. “Charles, could we go for a beer?”

The king engaged with the man and asked him to repeat the question. He reacts humorously to this and asks: “Where?” The man then replied, “Everywhere.” Charles then points in the direction of his new friends and chuckles. He says, “They must be recommending something somewhere.”

The 73-year-old officially took his vows as the new king and said he was “deeply aware of the duties and heavy responsibilities of sovereignty”. He explained that his mother, who died in Balmoral on September 8, “set an example of lifelong and selfless service” that he promised to emulate.
