Questions Answered: Rodgers’ next target, Payton & Evero, The Bears #1 pick
Q: When it comes to the Jets, Raiders and 49ers, where do you expect Aaron Rodgers to end up?

A: We would also like to add retirement and the Green Bay packers in there. Both options are still on the table.
But unless it’s about retirement or Wisconsinville, we’ll pick the Raiders from the options given. Rodgers said at a golf course Thursday that he won’t be making the 49s, so one should be ruled out.
The Jets are fascinating, but we refuse to believe Rodgers Exactly Follow Brett Favre’s end-of-day script.
So, because Davante Adams is playing there, we’re going to Las Vegas.
Q: Does Sean Payton control whether Ejiro Evero conducts interviews for the Vikings defensive coordinator job?

A: If the Cardinals or Colts don’t hire Evero as their head coach, yes — Sean Payton controls Evero’s destiny.
The Broncos (Payton) can ban Evero from interviewing another team as long as the job is a swap. And that would be the Vikings’ job since Evero was Denver’s defensive coordinator in 2022.
No matter what happens to Evero, the Cardinals, Colts or Broncos, the Vikings defense should be in good hands with Evero, Brian Flores or Sean Desai. We can dig it.
Q: Do you expect the Bears to draft another quarterback with the first overall pick?

A: No, we believe them when they say they are committed to Justin Fields.
The bears will flip the first overall pick for a naughty trade package, and they should because it’s smart. Some teams give up a royal ransom to draft Bryce Young and Chicago doesn’t need a QB1. Trade the picks for a team like the Colts, draft Will Anderson, and you can’t lose (if you’re a Bears fan).
Fields remains the Bears QB1.
