‘Skinamarink’ Announces Streaming Premiere Date

skinamarink was one of the surprising success stories of early 2023. The indie horror film was almost literally made on a budget; It was reportedly shot for just $15,000. (Okay, so that would be very expensive.) About two weeks after release, it has already grossed over $1 million in US theaters, which is already a decent return on its investment.

The movie is still playing in theaters across the country, but unless you’re playing it or you’re just too scared to see it anywhere, you can’t occasionally pause to check under your bed or turn on your lights. don’t have to wait much longer. The film will premiere streaming on Shudder in just a few weeks.

directed by Kyle Edward Ball, skinamarink follows children who wake up in their house in the middle of the night only to find their father is not there. Neither the windows nor the doors in her house. This sets her on a moody, dimly lit search for answers.
