Greg Harbison named new CEO of Fairway

Greg Harbison will now lead Fairway Lawns as CEO.

Harbison brings decades of experience in residential and commercial outdoor services. Most recently, he was CEO of Sperber Landscape Companies.

After graduating from Indiana University as a turf technician in TruGreen Chemlawn’s management training program, Harbison progressed in her career to lead a multi-state sales operation and platform. while achieving dynamic growth.
