• make bridges. O’Leary recommends this move: Lie flat on the floor, belly up, feet on the ball. Lift your buttocks off the floor in a bridge while keeping your navel tucked in. Tighten your glute muscles in the process.

• Boards. Standing in a plank position, with your elbows bent resting on the ball and your toes on the floor, can be a good way to strengthen your core, says Mikhael.
