Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 introduced two new tactical tools to the game: the Sequencer Grenade and the EMP Grenade. Both of these tactics can be used to gain an edge over your opponents in certain firepower situations. Here’s how sequencers and EMP grenades work and where to find them in Warzone.
What is a sequencer grenade in Call of Duty: Warzone?

When used on a player, the sequencer grenade scrambles their HUD and distorts their game audio. It also applies distortion effects to the player’s screen along with floating red numbers, similar to the “numbers” we previously saw aired in Black Ops Cold War. The effect of the sequencer grenade can be negated by using the Battle Harden perk or Stim Tactical.

The Sequencer Grenade is currently only available on Fortune’s Keep Map. Players can obtain this tactical tool from the Black Market Buy Station for $500, which can be accessed through the Black Market Supply Run contract.

What is an EMP Grenade in Call of Duty: Warzone?
Similar to a sequencer grenade, an EMP grenade can disrupt enemy electronics and melee their HUD for a short period. Most importantly, it can disable vehicles within its effective range for 10 seconds. Players can use the Battle Hardened perk to reduce the impact of this strategy.

Players can equip an EMP grenade as their tactical tool from the loadout customization menu. In addition, you can find this non-lethal device as ground loot on all maps and game modes in Warzone Pacific.
