A Hudson Valley restaurant is said to be featured in the show Man v. Food” by the Cooking Channel, where host Casey Webb will sample popular dishes.
The show, featuring Putnam County’s Countryside Kitchen at Mahopac, 493 Route 6, will air Tuesday, November 2 at 9 p.m., according to the Cooking Channel.
During the episode, Webb will sample dishes like the restaurant’s famous “holy cannoli pancake” and wings, Cooking Channel officials said.
“Casey Webb’s food frenzy takes him to New York’s Hudson Valley for a fall classic, orchard-to-table treats, an Italian dessert for breakfast, and wings so hot he’s bought the 4.5-pound Atomic Ghost Wings Challenge sees ghosts,” the episode synopsis said.
According to Yelp, the restaurant is also known for its variety of pancakes and other breakfast items.
For those who miss the first airing, the episode will also air on Wednesday, November 2nd at 1am; Sunday, November 6 at 6 p.m.; and Thursday, November 24 at 1 p.m
