Five food trucks, including one from San Antonio, participated in the Lazy Beach Brewery’s 2023 Spring Food Truck Festival on Saturday.
Owner Jessica Matthews said the brewery hasn’t hosted a food truck festival since 2022 and is trying to host two a year. She said she plans to hold the second on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Food trucks selling groceries included Not Just Lechon, Jefe’s Street Tacos, Miss J’s Curbside Pies, Gordo’s Good Eats, The Snobarn, and Taquitos Mi Sierra.
The Caller-Times stopped by the four of the six on-site food trucks to see what each was recommending. Gordo’s Good Eats and The Snobarn were asked at a food truck festival in February.
