One of the most memorable, specific outfit trends of 2022 was without a doubt the viral Miu Miu-inspired one we’ve all come to know and love. If an image of a short mini skirt, white socks and loafers comes to mind, ding ding ding! I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve seen this outfit trend on Instagram and I’m not mad about it. I personally love it and find it quite versatile. And Hailey Bieber just expertly showed how to make it work for the winter.
While out and about in NYC over the weekend, Bieber paired her pleated mini skirt, white socks and loafers with a polo sweater, black wool coat and sheer tights. She looks cool in everything she wears, but this look was extra chic and a perfect example of how to style it for cold weather (and you can always swap out the sheer tights for warmer opaque ones).
